Diana Feile

Co-Owner/Business Solutions Specialist

Diana is the founder and managing member of Di-Fi Solutions, LLC. She is an experienced accounting and administrative professional with over 25 years of experience working in various aspects of business including, administration, compliance, internal processes, HR and payroll. She has worked in for-profit, not-for profit and public accounting (tax and audit) arenas. In addition, to her general business process expertise, Diana specializes in healthcare, education, service and not-for-profit vertical markets. Diana’s credentials include being a CPA, Microsoft Certified Business Management Solution Specialist in Dynamics GP, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Forecaster and FRx certifications. She also has Crystal Reports certification and is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

Corrie Olson

Co-Owner/Business Solutions Specialist 

Corrie has been with Di-Fi Solutions for over 5 years and has extensive business consulting experience. Prior to consulting, she was an accounting professional for companies in the not-for-profit and for-profit industries. She applies her past real-life insight to help companies with their internal process review and software implementations. Corrie has extensive business knowledge that she uses to help companies automate and streamline their billing processes. In addition to her general business expertise, Corrie specializes in distribution, healthcare and many not-for-profit vertical markets. Corrie is a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solution Specialist in Dynamics GP, Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MSBC) in Office and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Brandon Alley

Business Solutions Specialist

Brandon has a strong retail industry background that includes accounts payable and operational management. His retail industry experience brings a strong knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures. Brandon also has a lot of end-user training experience. Brandon is Dynamics GP consultant and a key member of the Infuzion product division. Brandon is currently certified as a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist.

Brian Gladfelter

Application Liaison

Brian has several years of various technical support experiences spanning several different hardware and software setups. Brian has prior training and documentation experience, which he utilizes to prepare training manuals and provide various support services to clients. Brian works with SQL, Dynamics GP, SharePoint, and third party products to help ensure applications work smoothly with the various infrastructures both for our customers and Di-Fi.

Jonathan McKinnon

System’s Engineer 

Jon is responsible for the IT structure and integrity for both Di-Fi and client systems. Jon comes from a heavy IT background and bridges the gap between the soft and hardware elements of technology. Jon’s experience enables him provide a variety of services, including system/infrastructure analysis, configuration, installation, and support. Jon’s Education is rooted in an A.A.S. Networking and Communications Systems Technology with training from various equipment manufacturers.

Vicki Chaney

Joined Di-Fi Solutions in 2010 and is our Office Manager and “Resident Mom.” Vicki keeps the Knoxville office running smoothly and handles most of our administrative and bookkeeping needs. Her background in account services, marketing and finance allows her to provide a high level of customer service to our clients and brings a welcomed level of business experience to the Di-Fi team.
